This is a Vintage Shabby Chic Swag Hanging Light Fixture. The glass is signed Dillard M.

The fixture is approximately 10 tall from where the chain hooks. It features a colorful glass globe with a raised grape pattern that repeats four times around. The glass is 14 wide at the bottom. E top fitter rim is 6.

The bottom rim has a rough texture that makes me think that the glass was originally meant to sit in a round fitter on a hurricane style table lamp.
