Vintage Toleware Tole Enamel Floral Chandelier Hanging Lamp Fixture Green White

The green and white paint is in very good condition. There is some wear, but I think it adds to the charm. Please see pictures for condition. If I had to guess, I'd say the flowers look like stylized tulips. Comes with the original shades.
