Appears unused and very clean comes with gold color chain, two toggle ceiling hooks new in bag complete with instructions on how to operate and what type of petroleum mineral oil to use (not included) and safety instructions. CORRECT MINERAL OIL must be used. I carefully dry tested the pump and operation was as should also tested the 5 watt bulb all working and in good order.
