It does have a few scratches. Approximately 30" High by 12" across.

12 foot chain and cord. Gentle cascading droplets make a special glow as the Lamp lights up and drips mineral oil along the double circle of vertical and slanted plastic strings. A separate tube runs the water wheel on the old grist mill as it turns. There are no strings loose and none are missing.

Power cord is in excellent condition. The light works great with an inline on/off switch. 12 to 16 ounces of mineral oil (not included).
