All are in working order. You will receive six bulbs that have been tested and are currently working, as you see in the picture. One lantern did not have a bulb. There is also one lantern that is cracked on the edge so that a chip is missing.

All the other lanterns are fully intact, and I didnt see any missing beads when I was looking them over. These belong to my grandmother and she has had them for over 40 years!! She is downsizing and looking to give them to someone else to enjoy! NOT INCLUDED are the brown electric extension cords that happened to be in the picture at the time I was taking pictures.
