Vintage Italian Tole Chandelier Roses Birdcage Chippy White Hanging Lamp Light

This vintage Italian tole light fixture features chippy roses and leaves in a birdcage shape style hanging chandelier. It is not wired (while there is a light bulb still in it, the wiring has been cut at the top) at all and would need rewiring to use as a light. It is about 24" tall and about 17" across at the widest point. As you can see in the photo, there are some chips to the roses, leaves, and body. I also feel like it could use an overall cleaning, but I'll leave that up to the new owner.
