Vintage Hanging OIL RAIN LAMP Motion Light 18 Metal NEVER USED Greek Goddess

Here we have a cool vintage hanging Oil Rain Lamp. I see no signs that it was ever used. There are a couple small blemishes to the white paint but they really look like factory blemishes. It's made of metal and is about 18 inches tall overall. It comes with about a foot of chain on the cord for hanging.

The bottom gold trim ring seems loose. I don't see any brand name on it. It even comes with the original bottle of oil but since it's probably 40 or more years old, I wouldn't use it. Although this seems to be new and unused, it is probably over 40 years old.
