Vintage Ceiling Light Fixture 3 Chain Hanging Globes Blue Floral

There is a place to hold a tall chimney inside as well. Is electric and needs to be hardwired. Will need to be retired. I have not taken it apart so there may be a light in the bottom too but I do not know.
