Vintage Atomic Hanging Pull Down Lamp Light Kitchen Ceiling MCM

Vintage Atomic Hanging Pull Down Lamp Light Kitchen Ceiling MCM. Has a ceiling bracket as pictured. It does retract but it is kind of hard to pull back up. May be easier once it is hung and in place.

I believe that the lamp is copper and brass but not really sure. Please see pictures for details as this is part of my description.
