Vintage 50s 60s Harmony House Brass Ceiling Light Fixture MCM Lamp Mid Century

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large vintage retractable UFO / saucer ceiling light fixture. Maker: Harmony House (still retains the original label inside the ceiling canopy). The brass saucer ceiling fixture has evenly spaced pierced holes which allows light to shine through.

It takes three (3) standard sized light bulbs. It'll make a great addition to any mid century modern or atomic-themed abode. The brass metal egg that contains the retractable cord measures approx. 5.5" tall x 4" wide. The brass tubes situated between the main shade and the three light sockets are each approx.

Condition: The fixture is in good condition. It is missing the round glass shade - they aren't too hard to find. The top surface of the brass shade has superficial scratch marks and a little faint discoloration in spots. We haven't attempted to clean or polish the fixture as it displays fine as it is, but it could help with those areas. The retractile mechanism works perfectly fine and it holds its positioning well when extended to the desired length. The fixture is in fully-functioning, working condition - it just needs to be hardwired into position. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having a licensed electrician inspect the wiring prior to long-term use. Please ask them and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.
