Gold-toned chain over a gold-clearish cord that plugs into the wall. The cord that plugs into a wall outlet measures approximately 14 feet long! The chain that runs along the cord that plugs into a wall outlet is a bit shorter than the cord, as was customary for these lamps. The clear glass shade measures approximately 12" long by 6" in diameter. The lamp (glass + top + bottom hardware, but not including pull cord) measures approximately 15 long.
The pull-cord with the wooden ball measures approximately 7. The cord that plugs into a wall outlet measures approximately 14 feet long. There are no chips to the glass. There is finish wear to the pull cord, chain, and metal hardware--as expected for a vintage piece of this age.
One of the metal screws that holds the glass shade in place to the top of the hardware is missing (there were originally 3 screws, and 2 screws remain); this does not affect the functionality of the piece as the 2 screws hold the glass shade in place. Please note: in the photos, a lightbulb is screwed in the lamp to show it works.
