Vintage 1960s MCM Hanging Chandelier Swag Lamp Hollywood Regency Jewel Filigree

It's approximately 24" by 12" in diameter (no chain or cord included in measurement). Has patina, mostly good, but lower bottom finial has finish loss. One plume is broken off at top, could be repaired but not that noticeable.
