Vintage 1950's Atomic Era UFO Flying Saucer Pendant Hanging Lamp. What an outstanding example of the atomic era lighting. This captures all that you would want for the look and style of the time. From the use of brass and the starburst design on the glass portion, this unit is sure to transform its next room and or business. Underneath, there is a very nice wooden accent piece that resembles the crescent moon.

Unit comes with a ceiling mount cover as well. This is a remarkable piece that is sure to be snatched up quickly. With rotator switch located on light fixture, the upper and lower lights can be turned on/off or have either top lights on and bottom off or vice versa. 19.5" Max Diameter x 21" Tall from base to top of brass diamond accent.

Extends taller to 30 with cord and mounting plate. This light works and is in good condition, but some restoration is advised. The wiring and yellow braided drop cord are aged and fraying.

From what I read some of these units had drop down adjusting but this one is very limited on pull down feature. Glass rim has a few chiggers to glass, not large chips, just minor blemishes. There is some patina and pitting seen on the brass in areas as well as paint scratches to the white light can. All these are easily fixed to one skilled at electrical work and mild polishing.
