Rare Antique restored Victorian 3 Arm Pull Down Hanging Kerosene Oil Chandelier

This is a rare antique Victorian three arm pull down oil lamp chandelier with burners, chimneys and shades. Appears to have been fully restored some years ago. The main shaft is a pull down form with spring mechanism and the arms can also be adjusted with another mechanism as shown. Each arm is 16 long. Prisms could be installed on the shade spreaders.
