The Gilt Filigree metal is made of spelter like metal with brass plated finish, original , with great old dark patina. This petite hanging fixture takes a standard size bulb (not incl). This is a Swag wall plugin type hanging lamp that comes with 9' foot long cord with switch in line and plug at the end so y ou can hang it anywhere in the room and plug it into a wall outlet. Looks great when light not on as well as when the lamp is lit. With a use of different color bulbs this lamp will make a very unique accent light with the light coming through the pierced see through metal!
