Mid Century Vintage Ruby Red Glass Hanging Swag Lamp Chandelier w carved wood

A gorgeous Mid-Century beauty features a Ruby Red globe, hardwood base with circular carved design, an inner frosted white hurricane type glass globe. The cord has an on/off switch and the lamp itself does too so it can be turned on/off either way. I've seen some that have crystal pendants hanging from it - this one can easily have pendants hung from it on the embossed brass ring. This lamp conjures up thoughts of jazz club/boudoir/vintage bedroom/over your fav reading chair etc. This is in EXCELLENT shape with one tiny crack on the underside of the brass. The wire is attached to a chain so that you can hang it on a hook anywhere. Works beautifully as you can see. Sorry a few of the pics make it look crooked, its hard to hold it with one hand and photo with the other.
