I've been hanging on to these for over 20 years in case I move to another house that these would go in. The picture is in a closet where these have been stored since 2001. This lamp is about 60 years old and I prefer the light glow on these compared to the new glass. The metal cap is a little loose in the picture and when tightened up fits perfectly on the glass to complete the sphere shape. These are in excellent vintage condition with no damage. I have another 14 inch globe to sell if you need a pair plus a "16 inch version" that has a brass cap which I'll have in a separate listing. I'll be listing other vintage stuff from the same era if you're interested. The box will be 20x20x20 inches and weigh about 15 lbs.
