Imperialites Atomic Hanging Pull Down Retro Lamp Light Kitchen Ceiling Vtg. I believe this to be missing the globe that goes around the lightbulb, but they are pretty easy to find.

Very Large - 21 3/8 in diameter. Approximately 21" tall expands to 55"-58.

Hard to get exact measurements. A couple slight dents and areas of silver showing through where it should be gold - see picture and can supply more pictures upon request.
