All original condition - pulley is working. Made by Plume & Atwood Mfg Co. Made in the USA - Circa late 1800's to early 1900's. 20 1/2" High, 12" Wide, and 12 Deep.

Height is adjustable with pulley of course. It is in Very Nice Antique Condition as shown. No chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs. All original condition - no crystals missing. Minor surface wear and scratches as shown in last 2 photos.
