Very cool pair of lamps. I really really Really wanted to keep these but was vetoed by my partner. I haven't seen anything at all like these before. They are a bright gold but not shiny.

They are metal, do not attract a magnet and are lighter. They are approximately 12 tall. The cord is 25 long to the bulb. There's extra at the end. But the cord is older. Personally I'd rewire the cord. They will need deep cleaning.

The metal on the lamp outside is in good shape. No rust is apparent on the part. Inside the spokes are dirty and somewhat rusty.

One lamp has a light bend on the whole side. It's not apparent hanging but is more obvious in person sitting on a table. This lamp needs a cap on one of the three sides. The second lamp has a "spoke" missing on the inside.

This is the last pic. You can have that fixed pretty easy or fix it yourself with a welder.
