This is an estate item that I've tested and it is working as it should. You will need to have rain lamp oil (I've read mineral oil will also work without going rancid over time). It comes as shown and features a chain/cord that's about 15' long, a clear coating is cracking on the cord, the insulation on the wires is still intact, might be wise to replace the cord, this does come with plastic foliage that I missed while taking pictures.

Being preowned it may show signs of normal use and wear, see all pictures. Measurements, 30" tall and 10.5" wide, 15' of cord w/chain.
