Vintage Ships Brass Hanging Marine oil Lamp Dutch Made Den Haan MWF Rotterdam

This handsome Brass Marine Ships Lantern was made in Rotterdam, Netherlands by M. Den Haan METAAL WAREN FABRIEK of brass and glass. The heavy brass bail hanger is articulated so it can swing with the ships movement. The burner and font lifts out so that it can be filled and cleaned. It 12.5"h x 6.5"w hanging, but only 11th to top of chimney with bail down or not counted. It is in lovely condition, with no dents or repairs. Glass is in excellent condition.

Has hollow crcular wick in an argand style burner. There are some scuffs, oxidation, and some oil residue on an around font/burner. The whit speck on brass shade is latex paint spatter that should come right off. It is in excellent vintage condition with age appropriate wear.
