Vintage Oil Rain Lamp Goddess Woman Lady Hanging Or Table Light Works Lamp

27 tall from base to top of loop. Can hang or table top. The wiring comes from the base right now.

It can go up the pole and out the top, for hanging. Has all the foilage I had it cleaned out including the motor/pump. It turns on and makes the normal quiet hum but i do not know if it will pump the oil.
