Vintage Hanging Ceiling Jadeite Chandelier Lamp

This 6 light Lamp marked made in Italy on a metal tag, hangs from the ceiling in a 22" drop, measures 15" across at the widest. Has 27 jadeite drops, one is missing. Showed pictures of some missing black paint near the center please look. I have never had it hooked to electric can not say if the wiring works but looks in tack.
