Vintage 40 Swag Globe Lamp Hanging Sears 1970's Bright Orange Original Box

This listing is for a vintage 1970's "amber" Sears #27492 Swag Lamp in its original box with the item itself showing extremely light wear and in working condition and the box showing heavy cosmetic wear including writing and storage wear throughout. The lamp is made of bright orange lucite in the charateristic "spaghetti" style globe with a pull chain coming out the bottom of the shade.

The cord is in good condition and is surrounded by a chain. The circumference of the globe at its widest point is approx. 39 1/2", the chain-covered portion of the cord is 147" in length with an additional 31 of excess cord without chain. This is a very cool item, rare with the original box and mounting hardware as well as the original parts manual.

Cosmetic wear is primarily on the chain itself, the shade shows no signs of noticeable wear and there is no cracking of the lucite to the touch. Please see all photos for condition.
