Huge 36 Vintage Oil Rain Hanging Lamp Light Nude Lady Goddess Bronze Pillar

This is a vintage hanging Rain lamp from the 1970's, It is massive and measures 3 FEET in length by aprox 15 across. Let me start by telling you that she needs a GOOD CLEANING as in transport she had oil spilled all over her. Other than that she seems to be in nice shape. I have also not attempted to try or plug in the lamp due to this mishap also not knowing how they even work.

In addition, I was under the assumption that there was no oil in it so perhaps there is not enough oil in it to operate it now??? I just don't know.. I have described it to the best of my ability.
